I’m 37 years old and I run my own media consulting company. My sport is multisport, which is a combination of running, mountain biking, kayaking and some kind of adventure event.

Sports:

I compete in Multisport. For fun I kitesurf, paraglide and go alpine- and cross country skiing. Anything that gives me a great experience and some adrenaline works well with me.

Best experiences:

Overall: When I flew my paraglider into the clouds for the first time, in Annecy France.
Multisport: When I felt that I had more power left than I thought, SM –Stockholm 2008.

Can’t be without:

Water, work and friends.
